How Emerge works

INITIAL CONSULTATION & CLIENT AGREEMENT
Firstly the project requirements are discussed in detail to formulate a project brief. A client proposal agreement will then be presented.
The agreement outlines the scope of works for the design and the associated fees. Fees are based upon the estimated amount of working hours of the project.

CONCEPT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
During the concept stage of
the design process, the design briefand design style will be established. Concept drawings and a 3D model will be created and presented using photo realistic renders. Refer to the
3D visualisation on the next page for more
information.

DESIGN PRESENTATION
The proposed design will address each client’s individual needs & requirements through 3d perspective renderings. The thinking behind the design concept as well as recommendations will be
presented.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE
Following the design presentation, additional services such as finishers and furniture procurement can be provided upon request.
